Overview of the Business
Emerging Leaders Investment Limited has been formed to provide shareholders with exposure to an innovative, well proven, active and disciplined share investment style developed by Ausbil Dexia Limited for their wholesale client base.

The Company provides a way to gain exposure to one of Australia's most consistent and successful wholesale boutique equity performers as well as providing the opportunity for superior growth over the long term from the emerging leader market sector.

The Company will primarily invest in ASX listed securities generally outside the top 50 leader stocks with the aim of identifying and investing in quality shares which have scope to grow at a faster rate than the leader market stocks.

The Manager will manage the assets of the Company in a process similar to wholesale mandates managed successfully for the past ten years for major superannuation and master trust clients.

The Company believes that over the long term, superior growth can be achieved from this philosophy of targeting the emerging leader stocks.

Company Objectives
The investment objectives of the Company are to;

• Exceed the performance of the benchmark which is comprised of S&P/ASX Midcap 50 (70%) and S&P/ASX Small Ordinaries (30%) accumulation index over the medium to long term within the prudential risk control guidelines embodied in Ausbil Dexia Limited's investment process.
   
• Pay regular dividends, franked to the extent possible.
   
• Limit investments to those which are consistent with the philosophies and strategies outlined in the Prospectus.
